Digital Construction Week call for papers deadline this week

The DCW 2019 Call for Papers deadline closes on 21 May – at midnight. The call for papers is for those looking to speak live at Digital Construction Week in October.

“Digital Construction Week is all about sharing ideas, hearing from different people and growing the community. We’re after new technology and great case studies but we’re also after stories and experiences and for people to share their journeys, good, bad, and ugly,” said Ollie Hughes, co-founder and event director.

“If you’ve not presented before then why not invite a co speaker to present alongside you. Or change the format from a traditional presentation to something more laid back and interactive, perhaps more of an interview style presentation, or a panel debate, or even a workshop with more audience participation.”

“To help we’ll also be sharing some presentation tips later in the year to help hone your session even further. Plus, the show isn’t until October, so you’ve plenty of time to practice!”

The event, on 16-17 October 2019, has eight different seminar theatres this year, focused on some of the key trends in digital construction, including BIM, geospatial, visualisation, business transformation, DfMA, Industry 4.0 and more.

The deadline for the call for papers is 21 May. For more information on how to enter, click here.
